Power Connectors Performance Experiment
Power Connectors Performance Experiment
1 Mechanical properties: The gripping force of the wire clamp is greater than 1/10 of the wire breaking force, in line with the requirements of GB2314-1997
2 Temperature rise performance: Under high current conditions, the temperature rise of the wire clamp is greater than the temperature rise of the connecting wire
3 Thermal cycle performance: in line with the GB/T2317-2000 power hardware thermal cycle test standard.
4 Waterproof insulation performance: in line with the relevant test requirements of Part 2 of GB/T13140-1998
5 Corrosion resistance: 3 14-day cycle tests in sulfur dioxide and salt spray environments.
6 Environmental aging performance: exposed to ultraviolet, dry, and humid environments, temperature changes and thermal shocks for six weeks
7 Fire resistance: The insulation material of the connector is subjected to the glow-wire test, in line with the requirements of Chapter 4-10 of GB/T5169.4
