Periodic Sampling And Testing Report On The Electromechanical Performance Of Epoxy Resin Insulators On Power Lines In Typical Areas
Sampling work high voltage standoff insulators covered key nodes of the transmission line. Based on representative samples, in-depth analysis was conducted on indicators such as load-bearing voltage, mechanical tensile force, dielectric strength, and surface aging condition of high voltage epoxy. Comparison of the measurement results with baseline conditions revealed potential material degradation trends, performance decline, and environmental stress effects during operation of epoxy resin insulator. Subsequent data processing, trend analysis, and damage assessment provided a basis for the evaluation of high voltage epoxy resin, facilitating the formulation of the next inspection cycle, maintenance strategy, and upgrade plan for high voltage standoff.
