Large diameter pipes usually require thicker epoxy bushing to provide sufficient strength and waterproof performance; small diameter pipes can choose thinner epoxy resin bushing. For underground or humid areas, thicker epoxy resin cast bushing should be selected to enhance waterproofness and durability; for indoor dry areas, thinner epoxy bushing manufacturer can be selected. It is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily thin the thickness of epoxy bushing for transformer, as insufficient thickness can easily lead to leakage or structural failure. For carbon steel (Q235) material, anti-rust treatment (such as galvanizing) needs to be considered, and the wall thickness is usually selected according to standard regulations; stainless steel (304/316) has strong corrosion resistance, and the wall thickness may be slightly thinner than carbon steel under the same working conditions, but specific standards need to be referred to.
