Ny-80g (type Ii) Bolt-type Tension Clamp Hydraulic Pressing Process Specification
NY-80G (Type II) bolted type strain clamp is a matching hardware developed for GJ-80 galvanized steel stranded wire. Its crimping construction process is carried out in accordance with DL/T 5285-2013 "Technical Specification for Hydraulic Crimping of Overhead Conductors and Ground Wires in Power Transmission and Transformation Projects". For ease of operation, the following supplements are made.
3.1 Preparation before crimping
(1) Prepare the corresponding hydraulic press and steel mold (Φ24) aluminum mold (Φ36).
(2) Prepare gasoline and cotton yarn for cleaning the conductor, wire clamp body and the inner wall of the steel anchor.
(3) Understand the requirements for the corresponding positions of the dead end strain clamp steel anchor and the wire clamp body drainage plate.
3.2 Cleaning
(1) The length of the OA section is about 210mm, as shown in the figure above. Use gasoline to clean the surface of the conductor.
(2) Clean the wire clamp body and the inner wall of the steel anchor steel pipe with gasoline.
(3) Before the hydraulic part of the steel strand is inserted into the pipe, gasoline should be used to remove surface dirt. The length of the AB section to be removed should be 1.5 times (about 225mm) of the part where the wire enters the aluminum tube.
3.3 Applying electrical grease
(1) After cleaning the outer layer of galvanized steel strands with gasoline and drying according to the second and third steps, apply a thin and even layer of electrical grease to cover the outer layer of the strands.
(2) Use steel wire to brush the part coated with electrical grease along the axis of the galvanized strands. The surface of the galvanized steel strands that contact the steel pipe after hydraulic pressure should be completely brushed.
3.4 Pipe insertion
Rotate and push the steel strands from the aluminum liner, put on the aluminum tube, rotate and push the extended steel strands into the steel anchor until the end of the steel strand is exposed 5mm from the steel anchor pipe mouth, and make a starting crimping mark at 170mm on the steel anchor body. (Note: When threading, follow the stranding direction of the steel strands and maintain the original pitch).
3.5 Hydraulic operation
(1) The crimping length and crimping procedure of the steel anchor are the same as those of NY-80G (Type I).
(2) Note on the crimping length, direction and position of the bolted dead end clamp body aluminum tube: Pay attention to the direction of the guide plate before crimping; when crimping, each subsequent die overlaps 1/3 of the previous die.
(3) It should be noted that the aluminum liner is not crimped separately with the steel strand. After the aluminum liner is inserted into the aluminum tube, it is crimped together with the aluminum tube.
