New Type Of Pre-twisted Material: Microalloyed Steel Wire
In recent years, new approaches have been explored in the material structure and surface treatment of armor rods conductor steel in infrastructure construction such as power, communications, and railways. Traditional versions are mostly made of stranded high-carbon steel wire.
Some manufacturers have begun to use microalloyed steel wire to manufacture armor rod preformed. This type of steel wire, through special drawing and heat treatment, achieves a balance between tensile strength and ductility in preformed armour rod. Surface protection is also being updated, moving beyond traditional galvanizing to include epoxy coatings and plastic sheaths to resist corrosion and environmental erosion, while also improving compatibility and durability with other components.
