Naming Rules For Suspension Clamps
The naming rules of ab cable suspension clamp are usually regulated by relevant industry standards and are generally composed of letters and numbers, as follows:
First letter: "X" is generally used to represent abc suspension clamp, which is the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the word "Xuan".
Additional letters.
Grip type: "G" means fixed type, which means that the grip of the wire clamp on the wire is fixed and can keep the wire in a fixed position; "K" means sliding type, and the wire can slide in the clamp under certain conditions; "W" means limited grip type, the grip has a certain limit, and the wire may produce a certain displacement under a specific external force.
The relative position between the midpoint of the rotary axis and the wire axis: When there is no special letter, the default indicates the drooping type, that is, the midpoint of the rotary axis of the wire clamp is below the wire axis; "K" means the upper carrying type, the midpoint of the rotary axis is above the wire axis, so that the wire has an upward trend; "Z" means the midpoint rotary type, and the midpoint of the rotary axis coincides with the wire axis.
Anti-corona performance: "D" indicates special anti-corona, with the best anti-corona effect; "C" indicates advanced anti-corona; "B" indicates intermediate anti-corona; "A" indicates general anti-corona, with relatively weak anti-corona ability.
Hull material: When there is no special letter, it defaults to aluminum alloy material; "K" indicates forgeable cast iron (Maltenes); "Q" indicates ductile iron; "6" indicates cast steel.
Main parameters.
Numbers: It can represent the nominal cross-sectional area (mm²) or diameter (mm) applicable to the conductor. When the product is applicable to conductors of multiple numbers, in order to simplify the main parameter numbers, a combination number will be used to represent the nominal diameter of the conductor within the corresponding range. For example, "0" represents the conductor diameter 5.4≤D<8.0mm; "1" represents the conductor diameter 8.0≤D<12.0mm, etc. It can also represent other parameters such as the nominal breaking load mark.
Letters: Sometimes letters are used as supplementary distinguishing marks, such as "A, B, C, D" to distinguish the total length, drainage angle or anti-corona level. It can also be used to distinguish wire models, such as "JL" for aluminum stranded wire, "JL/G1A" for steel core aluminum stranded wire, etc. For example, the model number of XGU-2 is j hook suspension clamp, "X" represents suspension clamp for ab cable, "G" represents fixed grip, "U" may represent a certain structural feature, and "2" represents the combination number applicable to wires within a certain diameter range.
