Method For Aligning Wires And Placing And Grooved Wire Clamp Base
During the on-site preparation phase, the main busbar and branch lines are aligned using conductors. First, the conductor lengths are adjusted to ensure the busbars and branch lines are straight and have neat ends. Aligning the conductors ensures a more standardized installation later.
The aligned busbars are placed in their designated positions, and their routing is fixed. After the conductors are aligned in a straight line, the burndy parallel groove clamp base is placed smoothly on the busbar. The base and busbar should be parallel, without twisting or shifting.
After confirming the base position is correct, the branch lines are inserted into the connector parallel groove cable clamps. The branch lines should be parallel to the aligned busbars, maintaining consistent conductor spacing.
The groove clamp bolts are tightened to clamp the busbar and branch line between the upper and lower insulating shells, achieving electrical connection. After the bolts are tightened, the cable clamps should firmly cover the conductors without loosening or shifting.
The auxiliary installation equipment is disassembled, and the parallel groove base is fixed and the conductors are connected. The entire process is orderly, from conductor alignment, base placement, branch line insertion, to bolt tightening and verification, forming a standardized construction procedure.
