We collaborated with the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop new polymer composite materials for pre insulated sleeve, launching differentiated pre insulated junction sleeve products such as "food-grade silicone wire" (FDA-certified), "low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant wire" (combustion smoke emission ≤ 700m²/kg), and "high-elasticity TPE wire" (bending 100,000 times without breaking). These insulated joint sleeve products meet the needs of niche applications such as air fryers, health pots, and maternal and infant appliances.
