Maintenance-free Wedge-type Tension Clamps
The wedge structure in fixed dead end clamp achieves an integrated "pull-tighten-lock" process. When the wire is pulled into the wedge by tension, the wedge slides along the cylinder wall, simultaneously increasing gripping and pulling forces to achieve self-tightening.
The dead end clamp uses a high-strength die-cast aluminum alloy outer shell combined with a weather-resistant plastic inner wedge, giving the material corrosion and oxidation resistance. The structure also avoids traditional problems such as loose bolts and nuts.
The ab cable dead end clamp design reduces moving and easily damaged parts. Combined with the wedge locking principle, it requires no manual intervention or routine tightening during long-term operation, thus achieving maintenance-free operation.
