Before installation, the condition of the contact surfaces between epoxy resin bushing and the parent material should be inspected. The contact surfaces should be clean, free of oil, and not loose. Pre-treatment of the contact surfaces is necessary before positioning. During the installation of epoxy resin cast bushing, when applying pressure using bolts, clamps, or pressure rings, it is crucial to ensure uniform force along the circumference or plane to prevent uneven loading or concentrated force on one side, which could cause gaps or stress concentration.
