In the assembly process of high-voltage switchgear, epoxy bushing is an indispensable insulating component, which provides an isolation channel for live conductors to pass through the cabinet. Before commencing operations at the construction site, verify that the epoxy resin bushing model matches the drawings and prepare the fasteners and gaskets for installation.

After removing component epoxy resin cast bushing from its packaging, inspect its appearance for cracks or foreign matter, then clean the contact surfaces. During installation, position epoxy bushing manufacturer vertically at the reserved opening location, aligning it with the switch cabinet structural flange. Adjust the axis direction of the epoxy bushing for transformer according to the site dimensions so that its insertion depth matches the positioning part.
