After installation of epoxy resin bushing, the epoxy resin cast bushing interface and surrounding structure should be cleaned first. Remove dust, oil, moisture, and debris, and ensure the contact surfaces between epoxy bushing manufacturer and the main structure are cleaned.

Next, any gaps or annular spaces at the epoxy bushing for transformer port should be filled. A compatible sealing material can be used to fill the annular area formed between the outer wall of the sleeve and the structural wall to prevent external environmental intrusion.
