How To Optimize The Internal Layout Of The Embedded Ukk Junction Box?
Space is extremely limited within industrial control cabinets, and the layout of components directly impacts the maintenance efficiency of the power distribution system. Embedded single pole distribution block achieves more compact physical integration through a redesigned bottom structure, providing a new solution for cabinet cabling.
Bottom Structure: The Core of Embedded Installation
The Embedded modular distribution block has a fixed support on each side of its bottom, with pre-drilled mounting holes. Between the two supports is a precision-formed guide rail groove. A sliding groove is formed on the inner side of the guide rail groove, communicating with the mounting holes. A sliding bracket structure is mounted on the groove. The inner end of the bracket engages with the bottom of the guide rail, and the hollowed-out groove design ensures that the mounting holes are always accessible. This structure allows the terminal block 250a to be tightly embedded in a 35mm standard guide rail while also being compatible with screw-fixed installation, adapting to different cabinet layout requirements.
Internal Conductive Components and Housing Fit
The interior of the box houses copper alloy conductive components, each with a segmented groove in the center. Raised interference strips are distributed on the inner wall of the box; some of these interference strips form a concave-convex fit with the segmented groove, enhancing the positioning stability of the conductive components. The barbs on the inner wall are snapped into the conductive components to prevent loosening due to vibration. The housing is made of flame-retardant PA66 material, conforming to UL94 V-0 standards, and the transparent cover design allows for direct observation of the internal wiring status.
Technical Specifications and Installation Compatibility
The embedded din power distribution block has a rated voltage of 690V and a current range of 80A to 500A. for example, the 80A model can be configured with one inlet and six outlets or one inlet and eleven outlets. The mounting hole spacing is designed according to current specifications: 64mm for 80-160A, and 85×29mm for 250-500A, matching the pre-reserved positions within the cabinet. The protection rating is IP20, meeting the requirements of the cabinet's operating environment.
