dead end clamp is divided into aluminum parts and steel parts, among which the aluminum parts are divided into: wire clamp body, drawer, wire trough body, wire trough pressure plate and cover plate. The steel parts are mainly steel hanging plates.
1. First loosen the bolts on ab cable dead end clamp and disassemble all the aluminum parts. Note that the bolts, flat washers, spring washers and O-rings on the wire trough pressure plate should not be separated to prevent omission.
2. Mark the installation position of abc dead end clamp on the wire according to actual needs to determine the installation of dead end clamp for ab cable.
3. Place the wire trough body under the wire with the wire trough facing up; then place the wire trough pressure plate above the wire with the wire trough facing down and corresponding to the wire trough body.

As shown in Figure 1:

4. After aligning the marks on the wire trough body, wire trough pressure plate and wire, use a wrench to tighten the bolts on the wire trough pressure plate in a progressive manner.

As shown in Figure 2:

5. Take out a slider from the wire clamp body, and embed the wire clamp body assembly into the wire in front of the wire trough body.

As shown in Figure 3:

6. Install the slider taken out in the previous step into the wire clamp. After confirming that it is correct, use a hammer to knock the wire clamp at the end where the slider is installed to deform the wire clamp body to prevent the slider from sliding out.
7. Move the closed wire clamp body horizontally to the wire trough body assembly until there is no looseness between the wire clamp body and the wire trough body.

As shown in Figure 4:

8. Install the steel part first, and then vertically install the hanging plate of the steel part into the boss of the wire clamp body, as shown in Figure 5. Then twist 90° and straighten it backward. It is best to connect the steel part with the tension string or the safety backup wire clamp string.

As shown in Figure 6:

9. When dead end clamp for abc cable is used as a safety backup wire clamp, adjust the tension of the safety backup wire clamp by adjusting the nut on the pull rod of the steel part.

As shown in Figure 7:

10. When fungsi dead end clamp is used as the main line clamp dead end, place the cover behind the cable duct body and tighten the bolts as required.
