Epoxy Resin Sleeves: A Solution For Achieving Pressure-free Pipe Penetration Through Walls.
By using epoxy resin material and the sleeve body to be integrally cast, the contact surface between the pipe and the wall at the wall penetration point approaches zero gap. The axial and radial loads borne by the pipe wall can be distributed and transferred to the wall by the sleeve. At the same time, a high-strength resin curing layer is formed at the interface to prevent load concentration caused by pressure transmission or displacement of the pipe. This epoxy bushing not only resists shear deformation but also absorbs the slight movement of the pipe caused by thermal expansion and contraction, vibration, etc., avoiding local gaps or instability at the wall penetration point. Through this mechanism, epoxy resin bushing the pipe load is effectively distributed and transferred in the wall penetration structure, thus ensuring that various pipes are not subjected to pressure when penetrating the wall.
