In underground structure reinforcement or steel sleeve-concrete interface treatment projects, epoxy bushing manufacturer achieves good connection and sealing performance through secondary grouting. Before construction, the contact surfaces between the sleeve and the foundation must be cleaned and dried to ensure no oil, impurities, or moisture residue remains.

When preparing the epoxy resin grout, use bisphenol A type epoxy resin and a suitable curing agent, mixing them evenly through mechanical stirring. If a higher filling density is required, an appropriate amount of particulate filler can be added to improve grout flowability and the final dense structure.

Pour the prepared epoxy resin grout into the pre-set sleeve and grout using gravity or appropriate pressure. During grouting, maintain the ambient temperature and humidity within a suitable range to facilitate the curing and bonding performance of the epoxy resin.

After grouting epoxy bushing for transformer, allow it to cure naturally or cure according to design requirements. After the curing is completed, the temporary mold is removed, and the area around the sleeve and the interface is inspected. If any local voids, cracks or areas of adhesive failure are found, they should be filled until the structural density and integrity standards are met.
