Epoxy Resin Insulators Do Not Have The Problem Of Oil Leakage.

Unlike oil-containing equipment, high voltage epoxy resin uses a solid polymer matrix. The three-dimensional cross-linked molecular network formed by this material does not have structures such as oil cavities or oil tanks, thus completely eliminating the risks associated with oil leakage.

The solid epoxy material is completely cured during manufacturing, with no liquid phase moving or escaping within the material. Therefore, high voltage standoff will not experience oil leakage during long-term operation. This is a significant difference from traditional oil-immersed insulation products, especially in equipment under high voltage, cyclic electrical loads, and environmental stress, where the solid composite insulation design exhibits a more stable physical state and electrical performance.
