Currently, 2500V and 5000V megohmmeters are more commonly used, and there are also special instruments with higher voltages. But in fact, within 1*104MΩ, the 2500V and 5000V megohmmeters with the same accuracy and measured high voltage standoff insulation resistance under the same humidity are basically the same.
