Development And Application Of Special Tools For Tightening 110kv Tension-resistant Diversion Parallel-groove Line Clamps
Purpose of the study
Most of the 110kV transmission line tension tower drainage uses bolt-type aluminum parallel groove clamp connection. This connection method is easy to cause parallel groove connector screws to loosen and poor contact between the conductor and aluminium pg clamp during the long-term operation of the line due to the continuous changes in power load and the influence of the external environment. If this hidden danger is not discovered and eliminated in time, it is easy to cause discharge between the drainage line components and the conductor, high temperature, and cause the drainage line to break or even break the line and cause a large-scale power outage. In addition, the previous bimetal pg clamp tightening work, because there is no professional maintenance tool, the maintenance work must be carried out in the power outage state, which greatly reduces the power supply reliability of the transmission line. This article develops a new type of live replacement blackburn parallel groove clamp tool, which includes a burndy parallel groove clamp fixing device and a ratchet wrench tightening device.
