(1) The resistance of each element of the pin-type support dead end insulators and each piece of the suspension dead end suspension insulators should not be less than 300MΩ.
(2) The insulation resistance of the 500kV suspension polymer deadend insulator should not be less than 500MΩ.
It is worth noting that when measuring the insulation resistance of each element of the multi-element support porcelain dead end insulators, a copper wire should be wound around the layered glued part and then connected to the megohmmeter to avoid too large a difference in the suspension insulator resistance values measured at different positions, which may cause misjudgment.
