Contact Network Parts - Parallel Groove Clamp

Purpose and type
parallel groove clamp is used for the connection between the contact network and the feeder line and between the wires in the contact network.
The feeder line is connected to the contact network, and parallel groove connector transmits the traction current of the power system and the substation to the contact network. The electrical connection between the wires in the contact network is to send the current to all the contact network wires and balance the potential difference on this line.
Combined with the conditions of this line, aluminium pg clamp adopts the relatively light crimping type bimetal pg clamp.
(1) Contact wire blackburn parallel groove clamp
1) One end is fixed on the copper alloy contact wire with a cross-section of 150mm2, and the other end is connected to the soft copper stranded wire with a cross-section of 120mm2 or 95mm2.
2) One end is fixed on the copper alloy contact wire with a cross-section of 85mm2, and the other end is connected to the soft copper stranded wire with a cross-section of 120mm2 or 95mm2.
(2) Load-bearing cable burndy parallel groove clamp
1) One end is fixed on a copper alloy stranded wire with a cross-section of 120mm2, and the other end is connected to a soft copper stranded wire with a cross-section of 120mm2 or 95mm2.
2) One end is fixed on a copper alloy stranded wire with a cross-section of 70mm2, and the other end is connected to a soft copper stranded wire with a cross-section of 120mm2 or 95mm2.
