2. Suspension wire clamp: There are mainly two types of XGU ship-shaped suspension wire clamps and pre-twisted suspension wire clamps.
Suspension wire clamp

The ship-shaped wire clamp can be used on conductors and lightning arresters. It can withstand the installation load of the conductor within the vertical span, and does not allow the wire clamp to slide or detach from the insulator string when the line is operating normally or disconnected. The tower using this wire clamp has a large bearing pressure.

The pre-twisted suspension wire clamp is used for the connection of ADSS optical cables, OPGW optical cables, various conductors, etc. on straight pole towers, which protects the optical cables and assists in vibration reduction.

3. Strain clamp: According to the purpose, it can be divided into two types: optical cable strain clamp and conductor strain clamp. It is used for corner, splicing, and terminal connection. It is to fix the conductor to bear the conductor tension and hang the conductor to the overhead line fittings on the tension string group or pole tower.

4. Splice distribution line hardware: As the name suggests, it is to connect the overhead line connectors between two conductors and meet the overhead line hardware requirements of the mechanical and electrical performance of the conductor. Common products include pre-twisted wire splicing strips, pre-twisted repair strips, hydraulic splicing tubes, parallel groove clamps, puncture clamps, etc.

5. Protection overhead power line connectors: It is designed to reduce the vibration of the conductor caused by wind, and can effectively prevent the fatigue damage of the conductor caused by multiple vibrations and periodic bending. Representative products include: shock-proof hammer, heavy hammer seat, lightning arc-proof wire clamp, etc.

6. Jumper overhead power line hardware: There are XTY hard jumper shoulder pole bracket and XTG jumper bracket. The function of jumper transmission line hardware is to keep a safe distance between the jumper and the pole tower, so as to strengthen and fix the jumper with a jumper bracket.
