Cable Lugs Performance Test
1. Mechanical performance: The gripping force of the wire clamp is greater than 1/10 of the wire breaking force, which meets the requirements of GB2314-1997
2. Temperature rise performance: Under high current conditions, the temperature rise of the wire clamp is greater than the temperature rise of the connecting wire
3. Thermal cycle performance: It meets the GB/T2317-2000 power hardware thermal cycle test standard.
4. Waterproof insulation performance: It meets the relevant test requirements of Part 2 of GB/T13140-1998
5. Corrosion resistance: Three 14-day cycle tests are performed in sulfur dioxide and salt spray environments.
6. Environmental aging performance: It is exposed to ultraviolet rays, dry and humid environments, temperature changes and thermal shocks for six weeks
7. Fire resistance: The insulation material of the connector is subjected to the glow wire test, which meets the requirements of Chapter 4-10 of GB/T5169.4
