The model structure usually consists of three parts: letter code, digital parameters, and additional codes. The digital part directly reflects the applicable conductor cross-sectional area. For example, NLD-3 corresponds to 185-240 square millimeters of conductor, 240 in NY-240/30 refers to the steel core cross-sectional area, and 30 is the aluminum cross-sectional area. For example, NLD represents bolted type strain clamp, NY represents hydraulic type, and NX is a wedge-shaped structure. In terms of dead end strain clamp materials, L represents aluminum products, G represents steel, and LG is a combination of steel and aluminum. The letter part represents the bolted dead end clamp type and applicable conductor material. The additional code marks the special treatment process, W represents anti-corona design, H represents reinforced structure, and the -Q suffix indicates that the model is suitable for light ice areas.
