bolted type strain clamp stripping and cleaning
(1) The length of the OA section is about 370mm. Use gasoline to clean the surface of the steel strand.
(2) Use gasoline to clean the inner wall of the dead end strain clamp body and the steel anchor steel pipe.
(3) Use gasoline to remove surface dirt on the hydraulic part of the strand before inserting it into the pipe.
Applying electrical grease
(1) The part where the electrical grease is applied is the part where the aluminum alloy strand enters the aluminum tube.
(2) After cleaning and drying the outer layer of the strand with gasoline according to the second and third steps, apply a thin and even layer of electrical grease to cover the outer layer of the aluminum strand.
(3) Use a wire brush to brush the part that has been coated with electrical grease along the axis of the strand. The surface of the steel core aluminum strand that contacts the aluminum tube after hydraulic pressure should be completely brushed.
Inserting the pipe
(1) Insert the bolted dead end clamp body, paying attention to the direction of the drainage plate.
(2) Screw the steel anchor into the aluminum tube until the top of the steel anchor is 395 degrees from the aluminum tube mouth, and then screw the wire into the aluminum tube until it reaches the end of the steel anchor. (Note: When threading, follow the twisting direction of the steel strand and maintain the original pitch) Note: When crimping, each subsequent die overlaps 1/3 of the previous die.
