1. Specification of NY-630/55 hydraulic crimping process
NY-630/55
bolted type strain clamp is a matching hardware developed for LGJ-630/55 steel core aluminum stranded wire. Its crimping construction process is carried out in accordance with DL/T 5285-2013 "Hydraulic crimping process specification for overhead wires and ground wires in power transmission and transformation projects". For the convenience of operation, the following supplements are made.
1.1 Preparation before crimping
(1) Prepare the corresponding hydraulic press and steel mold (Φ20) and aluminum mold (Φ60).
(2) Prepare gasoline and cotton yarn for cleaning the wire, wire clamp body and inner wall of steel anchor.
(3) Understand the requirements for the corresponding positions of dead end strain clamp steel anchor and wire clamp body drainage plate.
1.2 Wire stripping and cleaning
(1) Strip the outer aluminum strand of the wire. The length of the stripped wire OA section is about 140mm (see Figure 1.1, point O in the figure is the end of the wire). Use gasoline to clean the surface of the steel strand.
(2) Clean the wire clamp body and the inner wall of the steel anchor steel pipe with gasoline.
(3) Before the hydraulic part of the steel core aluminum strand is inserted into the pipe, gasoline should be used to remove surface dirt. The length of the AB section to be removed should be 1.5 times (about 500mm) of the part where the wire enters the aluminum pipe.
1.3 Apply electrical grease
(1) The part where the electrical grease is applied is the part where the steel core aluminum strand enters the aluminum pipe.
(2) After cleaning the outer layer of the steel core aluminum strand with gasoline and drying it according to the second and third steps, apply a thin and even layer of electrical grease to cover the outer layer of the aluminum strand.
(3) Use a wire brush to brush the part where the electrical grease has been applied along the axis of the steel core aluminum strand. The surface of the steel core aluminum strand that contacts the aluminum pipe after hydraulic pressure should be brushed completely.
1.4 Pipe insertion
(1) Insert the bolted dead end clamp body, paying attention to the direction of the drainage plate.
(2) Rotate and push the steel strand from the steel anchor mouth until the bottom of the steel anchor. (Note: When threading, the wire should be threaded in the direction of the stranded wire and the original pitch should be maintained).
1.5 Hydraulic operation
(1) The crimping length and crimping sequence of the steel anchor are shown below. Note: When crimping, each subsequent die overlaps 1/3 of the previous die.
(2) The crimping length, direction and position of the aluminum tube of the tension clamp body are shown in Figure 1.3 below. Note: Before crimping, pay attention to the direction of the drainage plate; when crimping, each subsequent die overlaps 1/3 of the previous die.
