Bolt-type Tension Clamp And Joint Pipe Crimping Method
After crimping, the crimped pipe should not have cracks or obvious bends, and the bend should not be greater than 2%. If the bend is out of tolerance, it is allowed to be straightened with a crimping pliers or a wooden hammer, but it is not allowed to be hammered directly.
Check the dimensions of the bolted type strain clamp and the connecting pipe after crimping. The hydraulic operator shall stamp the operator's stamp at the designated position, and the on-site supervisor shall also stamp the stamp, and the original record shall be kept.
After crimping, the hydraulic pipe is a regular hexagon, and the flat distance after crimping is S=0.866×0.993D+0.2mm, where D is the outer diameter of the pipe and S is the flat distance. S (flat distance after crimping) in the above table is the maximum value. Only one of the three flat distances is allowed to reach the maximum value. If it exceeds the specified value, the cause should be found out and the pipe should be cut off and reconnected.

The steel strand crimping pipe mouth and aluminum pipe mouth are painted with red lead anti-rust paint. The steel pipe post-pressing part, regardless of whether it is finally exposed to the outside, is sprayed with zinc-rich paint.
It is strictly forbidden to connect wires and lightning conductors of different metals, different specifications, different twisting directions, and different manufacturers in one resistant section.
Before using the wire and lightning conductor, the dead end strain clamp and joint pipe must be subjected to crimping tensile test, and the offset value must be recorded. It can only be used after passing the test.
There shall be no less than 3 groups of test pieces (the joint pipe and bolted dead end clamp are allowed to be combined into one group of test pieces), and their length
(the distance between the anchor end and the crimping pipe end) shall not be less than 100 times the diameter of the wire or lightning conductor. The test grip strength shall not be less than 95% of the designed breaking force of the wire or overhead ground wire.
When crimping the wire-insulating clamp, pay attention to the direction of the tail of the wire-insulating clamp (drainage plate), and the lead-out method of the jumper wire clamp should be constructed according to the sub-diagrams A and B in the "Assembly Diagram of the Conductor Insulator String".
