Application Of Epoxy Resin Insulators To Improve The Stability Of Vacuum Circuit Breaker Systems
In the high-voltage switchgear industry, high voltage standoff, as an important component of solid-sealing technology, is closely related to the internal electrical system of vacuum circuit breakers. In the design and manufacturing of vacuum circuit breakers, the industry often uses high voltage standoff insulators as an insulating structural component that connects conductive parts to the external frame. In solid-sealed vacuum circuit breakers, the high voltage epoxy acts as a volume insulation, fixing the vacuum interrupter and related conductive accessories in the mold. After epoxy resin casting, the overall structure is compact and the space between components is reduced. This structural design is particularly important in the compact layout of vacuum circuit breaker products.
