Analysis Of Stress Distribution Characteristics At The Outlet Of Suspension Clamp
The current GB/T 2314-2020 standard stipulates that the grip test value of suspension clamp for abc cable should not be less than 95% of the rated tensile strength of the conductor, but in actual operation, the stress amplitude Δσ of suspension clamp for lt ab cable caused by alternating loads often becomes a controlling factor. Online monitoring data of 110kV lines in a coastal area showed that the stress fluctuation amplitude at the suspension clamp outlet during the typhoon reached 3.8 times the static load value, and the frequency distribution was concentrated in the range of 0.5-2Hz. Comparative tests using strain gauges fiber suspension clamp and fiber Bragg grating sensors showed that the relative error of cable suspension clamp dynamic stress measurement can be controlled within ±2.5%.
